Mr. Onyango is CEO of Pharo Ventures—the East Africa venture arm of UKbased hedge fund focused on infrastructure investments contributing towards increasing access to education, agriculture, health, and water. He has 27 years of senior management experience in leading large-scale investment, small and medium sized enterprise (SME) support and infrastructure projects across East Africa—delivering Kenya’s first public private partnership (PPP) investment.
